Industrial Predictive Maintenance Technician

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to support high-speed bottling and packaging operations. In this on-site role, you will use vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition-monitoring tools to detect equipment issues before failure, reduce downtime, and improve line reliability. You'll perform targeted repairs, document work in a CMMS, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams. Working in a safety-focused, team-oriented culture, you'll help drive continuous improvement while supporting reliable delivery of Coca-Cola products to local communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive maintenance on production and bottling equipment using vibration, thermal, and other condition-monitoring tools
• Analyze equipment condition data to identify emerging issues and recommend corrective actions
• Execute planned repairs and adjustments to minimize unplanned downtime and extend asset life
• Document findings, work performed, and parts used in the CMMS/EAM system
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams to improve equipment reliability and OEESupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for recurring equipment failures
• Follow all safety, GMP, and LOTO procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
• Assist in developing and updating maintenance standards, PM routes, and technical documentation
