Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the maintenance of the corporate network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.
• Lead a team of network engineers and oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development activities.
• Develop strategic plans for network upgrades and expansions, including the integration of innovative technologies.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to fortify network defenses and ensure compliance with the latest security standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee service agreements, and ensure equipment and service quality.
• Monitor network performance, anticipate potential issues, and devise preemptive measures.
• Budget management and resource allocation for the IT networking department.
