Job Description
Thriveworks is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to help expand access to high-quality mental health care. In this client-centered role, you'll build and nurture relationships with referral partners, employers, and community organizations to grow our counseling and psychiatry services. You'll research prospects, conduct outreach, schedule and lead introductory meetings, and track activity using CRM tools. Collaborating closely with clinical and operations leaders, you'll support local growth strategies while representing Thriveworks' mission, values, and commitment to inclusive, ethical care in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective referral partners and organizational clients in the healthcare and social assistance space
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities for Thriveworks locations
- Support development and execution of local and regional growth campaigns with the business development team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and pipeline activity in CRM tools
- Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to align offerings with community and partner needs
- Prepare and deliver basic presentations on Thriveworks services and value proposition
- Track performance metrics, report on results, and recommend improvements to outreach strategies
- Represent Thriveworks' mission and values in external meetings, events, and networking opportunities
