Restaurant Supervisor

SSP is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our JFK airport location. You'll oversee shift execution, staff scheduling, and guest service in a high-traffic environment, ensuring consistent food quality, safety, and cleanliness. In this fast-paced role, you'll coach and support team members, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with vendors and airport partners. You'll uphold SSP's safety-first, professional culture while meeting sales and labor targets. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations at JFK, ensuring smooth opening, shift changes, and closing procedures
• Lead, schedule, and support front-of-house staff, reinforcing SSP's safety-first and professional standards
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and order accuracy while maintaining cleanliness and health-code compliance
• Handle guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience for travelers and staff
• Coordinate with airport, vendors, and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries
• Train and coach team members on service standards, POS use, safety protocols, and operational procedures
• Track sales, labor, and inventory to meet performance targets and control costs
• Ensure compliance with all airport, security, and company policies and procedures
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for restaurant team members
• Prepare basic shift reports and communicate operational issues to management
