Restaurant Host / Greeter

Fricker's USA, LLC is seeking a Part Time Greeter to be the smiling first impression of our lively sports bar and restaurant. In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you'll welcome guests, manage waitlists, and seat parties efficiently while maintaining our fun, family-friendly atmosphere. You'll answer basic questions, share specials, and coordinate closely with servers and hosts to keep the dining room flowing smoothly. Ideal candidates are upbeat, reliable, and enjoy working with people. Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests in a timely, friendly manner
• Manage waitlists and guest flow during peak periods
• Provide menus and highlight daily specials or promotions
• Communicate guest needs and table status with servers and hosts
• Answer basic questions about the restaurant, events, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance and lobby area
• Assist with to-go orders, directions, and guest inquiries
• Support team members with light bussing or reset of tables as needed
• Follow cash-handling or check-in procedures if required by location
• Uphold company hospitality, safety, and cleanliness standards
