Restaurant Server - Senior Living Community

Lifespace Communities is seeking a caring Restaurant Server to provide exceptional dining service to residents in our senior living community. In this role, you will warmly greet residents and guests, take and deliver orders accurately, and ensure meals are served safely, promptly, and according to dietary needs. You'll maintain a clean, organized dining area, follow sanitation and infection-control standards, and collaborate closely with culinary and clinical teams. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting seniors' dignity, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and provide attentive, friendly table service
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into POS system
• Serve meals and beverages promptly, following dietary and portion guidelines
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards
• Set up, clean, and reset dining room and service stations
• Coordinate with culinary and clinical teams on special diets and requests
• Handle resident concerns and requests with patience and professionalism
• Process payments or resident charges according to community procedures
