Facilities Manager - Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC (Commercial Real Estate)

In this performance-driven, client-focused role, you will oversee mechanical, electrical, and HVAC services, manage vendors and maintenance programs, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. You will drive cost-effective operations, support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives, and use data and KPIs to improve performance. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hard services and building systems operations across assigned commercial properties.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and uptime.
• Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers, enforcing SLAs and quality standards.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, tracking costs and identifying savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements and JLL standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on service delivery, asset condition, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align hard services with business and tenant needs.
• Drive energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement in facility operations.
• Lead and develop on-site engineering and maintenance teams.
• Support technology-enabled solutions, CMMS usage, and best practices across the portfolio.
