Job Description
As a General Manager with ARAMARK in the Accommodation & Food Services industry, you will lead overall operations for a high-volume food service location. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring food quality, and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards. You will manage budgets, P&L, inventory, and vendor relationships while driving revenue and controlling costs. You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach a diverse team, fostering a culture of service, teamwork, inclusivity, and respect. Partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will implement Aramark standards, support continuous improvement, and create meaningful daily impacts for customers and the surrounding community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality, safety, and service standards are met
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability
- Lead, train, schedule, and develop a diverse frontline team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies
- Drive customer satisfaction through responsive, service-focused leadership
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and waste
- Implement company initiatives, process improvements, and brand standards
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare operational and financial reports
