Facilities Maintenance Technician I

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our wholesale foodservice operations. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, material-handling equipment, and refrigeration in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic electrical and mechanical issues, completing work orders, performing safety inspections, and supporting projects that keep our warehouse, dock, and office facilities safe, efficient, and compliant. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building, warehouse, and dock equipment
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration/HVAC issues
• Complete work orders and document tasks in maintenance systems
• Conduct routine safety checks and support OSHA and company standards
• Assist with repairs to plumbing, lighting, doors, racking, and related infrastructure
• Support installation and maintenance of material-handling equipment
• Coordinate with operations staff to minimize downtime during repairs
• Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean, safe condition
• Respond to facility maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assist senior technicians with larger maintenance projects and upgrades
