Collision Center Porter - Automotive

The Boyd Group is seeking a Collision Porter to support daily operations in our automotive collision center. In this entry-level role, you'll move and park customer vehicles, assist with vehicle check-in, maintain a clean and safe shop, and help stage cars, parts and equipment for technicians. You'll support detailing and vehicle delivery to ensure a customer-ready appearance. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, able to follow standardized processes and work well with a performance-driven team. Responsibilities

• Move, park and organize customer and company vehicles safely around the collision center
• Assist with vehicle check-in, documentation and key control procedures
• Maintain shop, lot and common areas in clean, orderly and hazard-free condition
• Support technicians by staging vehicles, parts, tools and equipment as directed
• Assist with basic detailing, washing and vacuuming of vehicles before delivery
• Perform visual checks for damage when moving vehicles and report issues promptly
• Follow all safety, PPE and environmental regulations and company policies
• Support parts receiving, tagging and storage organization as needed
• Help manage waste disposal, sweeping, spill cleanup and general housekeeping
• Provide courteous interaction with customers and team members, supporting a customer-first culture

Required Skills

• Vehicle maneuvering and parking in tight spaces
• Basic automotive knowledge (body and trim awareness)
