Senior Process Improvement Specialist - Energy & Utilities

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives across energy operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and reliability
• Analyze operational data to identify process gaps, trends, and cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement tools
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops using Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies
• Partner with plant, engineering, and corporate teams to standardize best practices
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership with clear ROI and risk analysis
• Support change management, training, and communication for new processes
• Monitor implemented solutions to ensure sustained performance gains
