Restaurant Cook

Fricker's USA, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Cook to prepare high-quality wings and casual American fare in a fast-paced sports bar environment. You'll handle food prep, cooking, and plating to spec, operate fryers, grills, and ovens, and follow recipes and portion standards. Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures while keeping the kitchen stocked, organized, and running smoothly. Work closely with servers and bartenders to ensure timely, accurate orders and an outstanding guest experience in our fun, team-focused, sports-centric culture with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items, including wings and casual American fare, to recipe and portion standards
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens safely and efficiently
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures in line with health regulations
• Complete daily prep work, stock stations, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
• Coordinate with servers and bartenders to ensure accurate, timely ticket execution
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before orders leave the kitchen
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift change procedures as directed by management
• Support teammates in a fast-paced, team-oriented sports bar environment
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and kitchen best practices
