Registered Nurse Interventional Radiology

HealthONE is seeking a Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology in Denver. In this role, you'll deliver specialized care for patients undergoing image-guided procedures, including pre-assessment, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure recovery. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to interventional radiology patients before, during, and after procedures
• Assist radiologists with image-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Monitor vital signs, sedation levels, and patient responses throughout procedures
• Administer medications, contrast agents, and IV therapies per provider orders and protocols
• Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, post-procedure care, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and procedure logs
• Ensure compliance with infection control, radiation safety, and hospital policies
• Coordinate care with physicians, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for safe operation
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code situations within the department
