Sr. Regional Oncology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Abbott's oncology portfolio
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with oncologists, cancer centers, and key opinion leaders
• Educate clinical stakeholders on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate use
• Analyze territory performance and use CRM tools to drive data-informed decisions
• Collaborate with medical affairs, marketing, and market access teams to support account needs
• Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts and growth opportunities
• Conduct impactful presentations, in-services, and educational programs
• Monitor competitive landscape and provide market insights to internal teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
• Contribute to forecasting, pipeline management, and regional business planning
