School-Based ABA Program Supervisor

Intercare Therapy seeks a Supervisor, School Services to lead ABA programs for students with autism in educational settings. You will supervise behavior technicians, guide implementation of evidence-based ABA treatment plans, collaborate with school teams, and ensure high-quality, data-driven services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing behavior intervention plans, training staff and caregivers, monitoring progress, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach ABA staff delivering services in school settings
• Conduct assessments and develop data-driven treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and school teams on behavior strategies
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports
• Support IEP development and participate in school meetings as needed
• Promote a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
