Commercial Pest Control Service Manager

Orkin is hiring a Commercial Service Manager to lead commercial pest control operations within our Facilities & Maintenance department. In this field-focused role, you'll supervise service technicians, plan routes and workloads, ensure safe and compliant treatments, and partner closely with facility managers at key customer sites. You'll drive service quality, resolve escalations, track performance metrics, and support training and career growth for your team while upholding Orkin's customer-centric, safety-first culture and supporting branch growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop commercial pest control service teams for key accounts.
• Plan routes, workloads, and staffing to meet service and safety standards.
• Partner with facilities and maintenance leaders at client sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve escalated customer issues, and drive retention.
