Software & SaaS Accounting Manager

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems Inc, a leader in IT and software solutions, seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. You will manage the general ledger, AP/AR, month-end close, and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for software and SaaS projects. Lead and mentor a small accounting team, streamline processes through automation and ERP tools, support audits, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions in a progressive, inclusive, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, and payroll
• Manage month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate, timely financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with department leaders
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Support external and internal audits with accurate documentation
• Optimize and automate accounting processes using ERP and related tools
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue, providing actionable insights
