Automotive Service Billing Clerk

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Service Biller for our Burnsville Subaru location. In this role you will accurately process, review, and finalize service repair orders, post payments, and ensure all labor, parts, and warranties are billed correctly. You'll work closely with service advisors, technicians, and accounting to resolve discrepancies and meet daily and month-end deadlines. Responsibilities

• Accurately process and finalize Subaru service repair orders and invoices
• Verify labor, parts, fees, and warranties are billed to correct accounts
• Reconcile daily service tickets, payments, and adjustments
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to resolve billing discrepancies
• Support daily, weekly, and month-end closing processes for service billing
• Maintain organized digital and physical records in line with dealership policies
• Provide responsive, professional support to internal and external customers
• Ensure compliance with OEM, dealership, and accounting standards
• Use DMS and office software to run billing and reconciliation reports
• Contribute to a culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement
