Lead Valet Parking Supervisor

ABM, a nationally recognized leader in facility solutions, is seeking a Lead Valet for our rapidly growing parking operations sector. This position plays a critical role in offering exceptional first impressions and satisfaction to our clients in high-demand environments. The Lead Valet is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the valet parking services, managing a team of valet attendants, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of all valet parking attendants.
• Manage workflow to ensure all vehicles are cared for and returned in a timely manner.
• Train new hires in proper parking procedures and customer service.
• Ensure the safety of vehicles and keys at all times.
• Resolve any customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily reports on valet operations, including any incidents.
• Work closely with the management team to identify operational improvements and implement them.
