Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach a team of Account Managers handling assigned customer accounts
• Develop a detailed understanding of each customer's scope of work and translate it into clear vendor expectations
• Monitor account activity to ensure milestone services are completed accurately, on time, and within margin targets
• Review and approve Account Manager margin changes and change-order reports for accuracy and profitability
• Address escalations related to vendor changes, margin adjustments, and site additions or removals
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance and status reports to upper management
• Ensure account processes and vendor activities comply with company standards and requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service delivery or customer satisfaction issues
