Outside Roofing Sales Representative

Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing, is seeking a Roofing Sales Closer to drive in-home sales growth in the Toledo market. In this role, you'll run company-provided, pre-set appointments with homeowners, perform basic roof evaluations, and present our energy-efficient roofing solutions. You'll deliver professional proposals, explain financing options, and negotiate to close deals on the spot. Partner closely with operations to ensure smooth installations, maintain accurate CRM records, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home roofing consultations with pre-set leads
• Perform basic roof inspections and assess customer needs
• Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and financing options
• Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Accurately complete sales agreements and required documentation
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project handoff
• Maintain CRM records, follow up on open opportunities, and manage pipeline
• Represent Erie Home with integrity and excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing sales training and performance reviews
