Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Pest Control

Orkin is seeking a driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial pest control business. In this field-based role, you'll prospect and qualify new business accounts, conduct on-site inspections, and present tailored pest management solutions to decision makers. You will manage a sales territory, build a strong pipeline, negotiate contracts, and partner closely with service teams to ensure a smooth start-up and exceptional client experience. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2
• B commercial pest control accounts within an assigned territory
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess pest control needs and recommend tailored service plans
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision makers
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new recurring service agreements
• Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM to track leads, activities, and forecasts
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals
• Collaborate with technicians and operations to ensure smooth service start-up and customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals
• Stay current on Orkin offerings, industry trends, and competitors to position solutions effectively
• Represent Orkin professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
