Inside Sales Representative - Landscape Supply

Heritage Landscape Supply - Noblesville seeks an Inside Sales Associate to support contractor and landscape professional customers. In this on-site role, you'll handle incoming calls, walk-in traffic, and email inquiries; provide product recommendations; prepare quotes; and enter accurate sales orders for landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor living materials. You'll coordinate with operations and yard teams on inventory and deliveries, follow up on open quotes, support branch promotions, and help maintain a safe, customer-friendly counter environment while building knowledge and growing your career in a hands-on, team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for contractor and landscape professional customers via phone, email, and walk-in sales
• Provide product recommendations and quotes for landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor living materials
• Enter and process sales orders accurately in the system and coordinate with operations and yard staff for fulfillment
• Follow up on open quotes, backorders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and strong service
• Support branch sales initiatives, promotions, and merchandising to drive revenue and repeat business
• Build product knowledge to answer technical questions and suggest add-on or alternative products
• Collaborate with branch team on logistics, delivery scheduling, and inventory availability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly counter and showroom environment
