Bank Market President

Leads banking operations and staff across the assigned market, drives business development and customer relationships, oversees lending and loan quality, manages market financial performance, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement the bank's strategic plan and policies across the assigned market.
• Develop customer relationships and generate new agricultural, commercial, and business banking opportunities.
• Solicit loans, deposits, treasury management services, and other bank products.
• Review and approve or deny loan applications while maintaining loan quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and evaluate market staff, manage daily operations, and oversee facilities.
• Monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend product or process improvements.
