Foundry Production Associate

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, part of PCC Structurals, seeks a Foundry Helper to support production of complex metal castings for aerospace and industrial markets. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with mold preparation, pouring, and finishing operations, move and stage materials, and perform grinding and visual inspection to ensure parts meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities

• Assist in mold preparation, casting, and finishing operations for metal components
• Operate basic foundry equipment, following detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• Load, move, and position materials, castings, and tooling using hoists, carts, or other devices
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and inspection of cast parts to meet quality standards
• Record production data, report defects, and notify supervisors of equipment or process issues
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5

• Use gauges, measuring tools, and visual inspection to verify parts meet specifications
• Follow PPE requirements and all safety, environmental, and quality policies
