Restaurant General Manager

Late Night Slice is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our high-energy, late-night pizza shops in Columbus, OH. You'll run daily operations, manage and schedule staff, and ensure fast, friendly service that keeps our giant-slice fans coming back. Responsibilities include inventory, food safety, cash handling, and hitting sales and labor targets while keeping the vibe fun, inclusive and true to our irreverent brand. Ideal candidates have strong restaurant or bar management experience, can thrive under pressure, love late-night crowds and want to grow with a creative, community-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a high-volume late-night pizza location, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, coach and schedule team members to deliver fast, friendly and consistent guest experiences.
• Monitor food quality, safety and sanitation standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, ordering and waste control to meet revenue and cost targets.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism, balancing brand personality with excellent service recovery.
• Drive sales through promotions, events, late-night specials and community engagement.
• Partner with ownership on staffing needs, training, performance feedback and discipline.
• Analyze shift performance, labor and sales reports to optimize staffing and operations.
• Maintain a fun, inclusive, energetic environment that reflects the Late Night Slice brand.
• Coordinate with catering, events and food trucks as needed to support overall business goals.
