Security Team Member

BEST Crowd Management, a GardaWorld company, is hiring Security Team Members to support safety and guest experience at stadiums, arenas, and major events. In this role, you will monitor entrances, verify credentials, perform bag checks, manage crowd flow, and provide directions and assistance to guests. You'll observe and report safety concerns, follow established security protocols, communicate via radio with supervisors, and respond calmly to incidents. Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points for events and venues
• Conduct bag checks and verify tickets, passes, and credentials
• Manage crowd flow to maintain safe aisles, walkways, and seating areas
• Provide directions, information, and assistance to guests and staff
• Observe, report, and document safety or security incidents
• Follow established security and emergency procedures at all times
• Communicate with supervisors and team members via radio
• Support evacuations or emergency responses as directed by leadership
• Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and customer service
• Attend required trainings and briefings to stay current on venue protocols
