Bodily Injury Insurance Defense Attorney

Nick J. Ryan & Associates, State Farm's staff counsel, seeks an attorney to manage bodily injury insurance defense litigation in Miami. You will own cases, develop trial strategy, prepare proceeding reports, meet with clients, and attend trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings. This is a hybrid role requiring time in the office and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and other legal assignments according to Law Department guidelines.
• Own assigned case files and develop trial strategy and case plans.
• Prepare and summarize reports for legal proceedings.
• Attend trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Meet with clients and collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
