Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking a Security Hurricane Deployment Officer to support security operations in communities affected by hurricanes and other severe weather events. Officers help protect people, property, and client assets through patrols, access control, site monitoring, and prompt incident response. You will communicate with supervisors, clients, emergency personnel, and the public while maintaining accurate reports and following established safety procedures. Success requires sound judgment, professionalism, clear communication, and a customer-service mindset in changing conditions. Responsibilities
- Deploy to hurricane-affected areas to support security operations and protect people, property, and client assets.
- Conduct patrols and monitor sites for safety risks, unauthorized access, and suspicious activity.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and provide clear directions to employees, responders, and visitors.
- Respond to emergencies, communicate incidents promptly, and follow established safety and escalation procedures.
- Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors, clients, emergency personnel, and fellow officers during deployment.
- Maintain professional customer service and comply with Allied Universal policies and applicable laws.
