Systems Analyst

Mayroad seeks a Systems Analyst to support and improve business applications, including Yardi property management software. You will partner with IT and business teams to resolve issues, analyze requirements, coordinate enhancements and initiatives, and build dashboards and KPIs that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day user support for Yardi and other business applications.
• Analyze business and system requirements and identify process improvements.
• Troubleshoot software issues, review break/fix trends, and coordinate repairs and enhancements.
• Partner with IT management and business stakeholders to prioritize technology initiatives.
• Manage or oversee assigned technology projects.
• Create scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and process documentation.
