Quick-Service Restaurant Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to guests at counter and drive-thru
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, donuts, and breakfast items to brand standards
• Accurately handle cash, POS transactions, and mobile orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and dining space
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
• Restock products, packaging, and supplies throughout shifts
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and accuracy goals
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned by shift leader
