Lead Bottling Machine Operator - Beverage Manufacturing

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Lead Machine Operator to oversee high-speed bottling and packaging lines in a modern manufacturing environment. This role sets up, operates, and monitors production equipment, performing quick troubleshooting to minimize downtime while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The Lead coordinates line staffing, trains operators, and ensures accurate production, waste, and downtime reporting. You will champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement while supporting performance targets and helping deliver Coca-Cola products to local communities every day.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed bottling and packaging equipment to meet production schedules
• Lead, coach, and coordinate line operators to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to maintenance
• Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards on the line
• Complete accurate production, downtime, and waste documentation
• Support and enforce OSHA and company safety policies, including lockout/tagout
• Conduct equipment changeovers and minor adjustments to optimize performance
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities on the line
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Train new and existing team members on standard operating procedures and best practices
