Lead Barista - Hospitality & Food Service

ARAMARK is seeking a Starbucks Lead Barista to oversee daily café operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and prepare high-quality Starbucks beverages. The Lead Barista trains and guides baristas, manages cash handling, stocks and rotates inventory, and upholds Starbucks and Aramark quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. This role helps create a welcoming, inclusive environment while maintaining speed, accuracy, and product consistency. You'll model teamwork, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive experience for guests, clients, and the broader community every day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Starbucks beverages and food items to brand standards
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate customer service
• Train, coach, and support baristas during shifts
• Handle cash, operate POS, and follow cash-control procedures
• Maintain café cleanliness, organization, and equipment care
• Monitor and restock inventory, including rotating products
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Support scheduling, opening/closing, and shift coverage
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when needed
