Responsibilities

• Provide precision haircuts and styling for men and boys
• Deliver Sport Clips MVP Experience, including hot towel and massaging shampoo
• Consult with clients to understand style preferences and recommend services
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and salon area
• Recommend and upsell professional haircare products
• Build and retain a steady base of repeat clients
• Follow all state board and Sport Clips safety/sanitation standards
• Participate in ongoing paid training and skill development
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, sports-themed environment
• Assist with front desk duties such as guest check-in and checkout as needed
