Lead Windows, Doors, and Skylights Installer - Construction

Marvin is seeking a skilled Master Installer to lead the installation of premium windows, doors, and skylights for residential and commercial projects. In this role, you'll interpret plans, ensure precise measurements, supervise crew activities, and complete high-quality installations that meet strict performance and safety standards. You'll troubleshoot onsite issues, train less experienced installers, and collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and customers. Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation of windows, doors, and skylights to Marvin quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Verify measurements, openings, and site conditions before installation.
• Supervise and train installation crew members, ensuring safe work practices.
• Apply proper flashing, sealants, and insulation for weather-tight performance.
• Inspect completed work for quality, code compliance, and customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot installation and structural issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe jobsite.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and customers on schedules and site needs.
• Document work performed and report progress, issues, and material needs.
