Health Services Research Scientist - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct innovative healthcare research projects aligned with Dell Medical School priorities.
• Analyze clinical and population health data using advanced statistical and computational methods.
• Prepare manuscripts, reports, and presentations for peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
• Collaborate with clinicians, faculty, and community partners to translate findings into practice.
• Contribute to grant writing, study protocols, and regulatory documentation (IRB, compliance).
• Mentor students or junior staff and support a diverse, inclusive research environment.
