DRAM Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop DRAM hardware systems and memory subsystems.
• Analyze memory performance, power, signal integrity, and reliability.
• Create and review schematics, board layouts, and hardware specifications.
• Validate prototypes through lab testing, debugging, and characterization.
• Collaborate with firmware, systems, and engineering teams to resolve integration issues.
• Document designs, test results, and recommendations for product development.
