Area Recruitment Specialist

Support full-cycle recruiting across assigned markets by sourcing and engaging candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and building community partnerships that strengthen applicant pipelines. Represent the company at hiring events, track recruiting activity and metrics, support compliance, and travel regularly to recruiting and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and candidate onboarding activities.
• Build relationships with community organizations and workforce development partners.
• Track candidate progress, background screenings, recruiting metrics, and OPR accuracy.
• Represent the company at job fairs, community events, and recruiting functions.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operational leaders to improve candidate conversion and staffing outcomes.
