In-Home Residential Sales Consultant

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-home Sales Consultant to drive residential sales of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. In this field-based role, you'll visit customers' homes, assess comfort and system needs, and present tailored options, pricing, and financing. You'll close sales, generate referrals, and collaborate with technicians to ensure quality installations. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home evaluations of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Present solutions, pricing, and financing options to homeowners
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
• Generate leads through existing customers and referrals
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using company tools
• Coordinate with service technicians for seamless job execution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Follow ARS-Rescue Rooter safety, ethics, and compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
