We are looking for a senior draftsperson that can help contribute to our team. Needs to be well versed in AutoCAD and residential homebuilding experience preferred. Hanson Builders is a top privately held homebuilding company in the Twin Cities area building homes between $600k-$5M
Responsibilities
-Working directly with the drafting department as well as field personell and appropriate trade partners
-Understanding workflow of plan draws and accomplishing deadlines for client meetings, permit submittals and model completions
-Drafting of residential building plans
-Coordination of surveys, truss & structural information and review of window orders
Qualifications
-AutoCAD proficient
-Organizational skills to understand overall company process and goals
-Managing deadlines
-Ideally between 1-5 years of residential drafting experience
Compensation level would be based upon experience, attitude and aptitude! This is a full time, in office position
