Lifestyle Program Director - Senior Living

Vi Living, a luxury senior living leader, seeks a Lifestyle Director to design and oversee engaging programs that enrich residents' daily lives. In this role you will develop a full calendar of social, cultural, wellness, and educational events tailored to older adults in a continuing care environment. You'll lead a small team, partner closely with clinical and hospitality staff, and build strong relationships with residents and families. Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal lifestyle, wellness, and enrichment programs for residents
• Supervise and schedule lifestyle team members, volunteers, and external instructors or entertainers
• Partner with healthcare, dining, and operations teams to integrate holistic resident-centered experiences
• Develop and manage the lifestyle department budget, calendars, and program communications
• Build strong relationships with residents and families to assess interests and tailor offerings
• Ensure events are safely executed, inclusive, and aligned with Vi Living's luxury brand standards
