Part-Time Retail Customer Service Specialist

Provide in-store and phone support to retail and wholesale customers by identifying their needs, recommending paint and related products, processing transactions, and resolving concerns. Maintain store displays and inventory, mix products to customer specifications, and help meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services in person and by phone.
• Resolve customer concerns and build productive relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and work toward sales goals.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and maintain product knowledge.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep assigned areas clean and presentable.
• Support inventory control, retrieve products, and assist with loading, unloading, and deliveries as needed.
