Car Wash Operations Supervisor

Silverstar Car Wash is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our fast-paced express car wash. You'll oversee a small team, ensuring friendly, efficient service, clean facilities, and safe operations for every customer. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and coaching; monitoring wash quality and equipment performance; handling customer questions and concerns; and supporting membership sales. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily car wash operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service
• Lead, coach, and schedule team members to meet performance and service goals
• Deliver friendly, consistent customer service and resolve customer concerns on-site
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and equipment operation, escalating issues as needed
• Handle cash management, POS transactions, and basic daily reporting
• Train new employees on procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations
• Enforce company policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
• Support membership sales, promotions, and customer retention efforts
