Locker Room Attendant - Hospitality

As a Locker Room Attendant at Marriott, you will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming locker room environment for all guests. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of lockers, showers, restrooms, and changing areas; replenishing towels and amenities; monitoring inventory of supplies; promptly responding to guest requests; and reporting maintenance issues. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lockers, showers, restrooms, and changing areas
• Replenish towels, linens, and guest amenities throughout the locker room
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate departments
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
• Greet guests, respond to questions, and assist with locker assignments or needs
• Handle lost and found items according to Marriott policies
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, towels, and amenities and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed
• Support smooth locker room operations during peak times and special events
• Follow Marriott brand standards and service guidelines in all guest interactions
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
