Job Description
Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to support the design and development of products that improve industrial production processes. Apply mechanical and electrical engineering principles to cable carriers, flexible cables, conveyor systems, and machine protection systems. Create and review designs, collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to product testing and continuous improvement. The successful candidate brings sound engineering judgment, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach, and is motivated to develop professionally in an innovative manufacturing environment. Relevant engineering experience and a degree in an appropriate discipline are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electro-mechanical products and systems for industrial applications.
- Support engineering work involving cable carriers, flexible cables, conveyor systems, and machine protection systems.
- Prepare, review, and maintain engineering designs and documentation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to support product implementation.
- Troubleshoot design and production issues and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
