Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting October 19-November 20 at their Corporate Health clinic in Cherry Hill, NJ. Provider will see ages 5+ for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are Monday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday 7:30am-4:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm, & Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break from 12: pm (Wednesday is 3:00-3:30pm), and Friday & Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm. Clinic is staffed with one provider and 2 Medical Assistants. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Detailed shift needs are October 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, & 30 and November 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, & 20.
