Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso drinks, coffee, and food items according to Starbucks standards and recipes.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and build connections with guests.
• Operate POS systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, lobby, and restrooms, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and merchandise to support smooth store operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and quality standards, including temperature and cleaning logs.
• Work collaboratively with partners to meet rush demands and store goals.
• Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor and store manager on inventory and customer feedback.
