Position Highlights

• Pay: $75.00 per hour
• Schedule: 3 days per week
• Every Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Every Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• One weekday per week: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Patient Population: Ages 18 months and older
• Setting: Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric and adult patients ages 18 months and older.
• Evaluate patients, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat common illnesses and conditions, including respiratory infections, UTIs, allergies, skin conditions, and minor injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Provide preventive care, vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations.
• Perform women's health services, including pregnancy testing and STI screening, with referrals as appropriate.
• Prescribe medications and order and interpret diagnostic tests within the scope of licensure.
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive health.
• Document patient encounters in EPIC and maintain accurate, compliant medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in one or more of the following settings:
• Primary Care
• Urgent Care
• Emergency Room (ER)
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Hospital-Based Care
