Turbine Maintenance Manager - Energy

Constellation Energy seeks a Turbine Services Manager to lead operations and maintenance for turbine assets across our energy portfolio. In this role, you will manage a team of technicians, oversee maintenance planning and execution, and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient turbine performance. You will analyze performance data, optimize maintenance strategies, and coordinate outages, inspections, and repairs with internal stakeholders and OEMs. The Turbine Services Manager ensures strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate across engineering, operations, and project teams to support upgrades, retrofits, and new installations in a culture focused on innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turbine operations and maintenance across Constellation Energy facilities
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, reliable turbine performance
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor turbine performance data to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Coordinate outages, inspections, and repairs with internal and external partners
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports on turbine performance and costs
• Support project planning for upgrades, retrofits, and new turbine installations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reliability and asset management
