Accounts Receivable Intern

Duluth Trading Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Intern to support our finance team in a dynamic retail environment. You will help process customer invoices, post payments, and assist with reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely AR records. Responsibilities include researching account discrepancies, maintaining organized documentation, and preparing basic reports using Excel and accounting software. Working closely with experienced professionals, you'll gain hands-on exposure to retail accounting, contribute to process improvements, and support a collaborative, down-to-earth culture that values hard work and authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing customer invoices and credit memos
• Post customer payments and reconcile discrepancies
• Support monthly AR reconciliations and reporting
• Help research and resolve customer account issues
• Maintain accurate, organized AR records and documentation
• Collaborate with finance and retail teams on data requests
• Support special projects to improve AR processes
